Learn More About Us

Our Story

Founded in March 2020 by Tashie George, a visionary leader of African descent, IFRI-TRYV has rapidly grown into a pivotal force for change in the BIPOC community. Tashie’s journey from Liberia to Minnesota embodies our commitment to transcending boundaries and impacting lives globally. Under her leadership, we have launched IFRI-Mart to serve the African diaspora and expanded our service offerings to meet the evolving needs of our community.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide innovative solutions that improve the quality of life for BIPOC businesses by empowering them with the necessary resources and capital to thrive.

Our Vision

We envision a world where every BIPOC entrepreneur can access the tools they need to succeed and where their businesses contribute to the global economy in meaningful ways.

About Us

At IFRI-TRYV, we are dedicated to enhancing productivity and providing stability for underprivileged and underserved BIPOC businesses across the globe. By changing the mindset for prosperity, we strive to create opportunities that foster economic growth, promote equity, and build a sustainable future for the communities we serve.

What we Do

We tackle the major hurdles that BIPOC business owners face, such as the lack of access to capital and a comprehensive understanding of business operations. Our services are designed to prepare our clients thoroughly to start, build, and grow their enterprises through:
  • Market Research and Feasibility Studies
  • Financial Analysis
  • Strategic and Operational Planning
  • Marketing and Communications Strategy
  • Business and Personal Credit Coaching

Community Engagement

Our commitment extends beyond business support. We host the BIPOC Business Expo to bridge resource gaps and facilitate direct connections between entrepreneurs and stakeholders. To learn more about this year’s business expo click here:
Through our partnership with Hennepin County’s Elevate Hennepin program, we have delivered over 9,500 hours of business coaching. Additionally, our efforts in Liberia through the Uniting Distant Stars partnership empower young women with vocational training and entrepreneurial skills, fostering the next generation of women entrepreneurs.

Why Choose Us?

Choosing IFRI-TRYV means partnering with an organization that not only understands the challenges BIPOC entrepreneurs face but also provides tailored, impactful solutions. We are more than a service provider; we are a community builder and a catalyst for prosperity and generational wealth.
